State of Hawai‘i | Department of Accounting & General Services (DAGS) – Public Works Division
The DAGS Public Works Division plans, coordinates, and manages a statewide program of engineering, architectural, and construction services for the State. Responsibilities include land acquisition, planning, design, inspection, and construction management, along with contracting, quality control, and facility equipping for state agencies. The Division also secures and manages leased office space through its Leasing Branch.

Stadium Authority
The Stadium Authority Board consists of eight members appointed by the Governor (with Senate consent), including designated members from the West Honolulu and ‘Aiea districts. Ex-officio voting membership includes the Director of DBEDT; ex-officio non-voting members include the UH President and DOE Superintendent.
