Industry Day launched for potential Developers
The New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) team will be hosting a P3 Industry Day on Thursday, October 3, to present information and gather feedback from developers and interested parties in anticipation of a forthcoming Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the NASED development in Halawa.

The NASED project will revitalize the current stadium land (approximately 98 acres) with a new, versatile, efficient, and ultra-modern stadium, which will offer an exceptional user experience. This ambitious, mixed-use, ancillary development plan will include aspects of Live, Work and Play.
The presentation will outline the State of Hawaii’s strategic direction and commitment to the master-planning process, while offering an overview of the exciting opportunities available. Attendees will have the chance to hear from: Chris Kinimaka, public works administrator for the Department of Accounting & General Services (DAGS); Ross Yamasaki, chair of the Aloha Stadium Authority; Stacey Jones, Owner and Senior Principal at Crawford Architects, and Adam Shaw, Co-Founder and Executive Vice-President at WT Partnership.
Interested parties should register in advance to ensure they receive important updates. The attendee list will be shared with all participants. A copy of the presentation will be available online after the discussion.

PARKING
Enter through Main Parking Gate 1, off Salt Lake Blvd. At gate arm, there is a security call box. Press and hold button, wait for beep, continue to hold down button and let security know that you are here to attend Industry Day event. Park in Sections 1-3 CDE.
ENTRANCE
Proceed toward Turnstile Gate 3 and go down the stairs leading to the Box Office. The entrance point is on the right side of the box office, where the Security Office will check you in. Signs will be posted to lead you to the Hospitality Room.
